At Cypress Cove Elementary School, cafeteria managers (such as Super Nutrition Girl) are required to teach basic nutrition to students. They use digital whiteboards to present interactive lessons and hold tasting parties where students learn about eating healthy foods. The Go, Glow, Grow slogan is used to teach students about the different food groups - grains, fruits/vegetables and protein.
