Import Training Course

Help Instructions

Click on an image to enlarge it. When you are finished viewing, click anywhere on the edge of the screen or on the at the bottom to close it. You can also use the arrows on the left or right of the enlarged image or the arrow keys on your keyboard to view the other images.

1. Log In First, ensure you are logged into the Louisiana Fit Kids website.
	2. Navigate to Professional Standards From the menu, select Professional Standards. This will navigate you to the Professional Standards for School Nutrition Professionals landing page.
	3. Access Manage Training Events Click the button labeled Manage Training Events to access the Professional Standards Training Courses page.
	4. Import a Training Course Click the Import a Training Course link at the top of the Professional Standards Training Courses page. The Professional Standards Course List page will open.
	5. Choose a Training Course to Import The Professional Standards Course List page contains trainings conducted by LDOE. These training are listed in a table. In this example, the SFS September 2025 Monthly Call from Sept 2, 2025 will be imported by clicking symbol.
	6. Review the Training Course The training course chosen for import will open in the Add an Import Course page to allow for review before importing. All fields of the course may be edited before import, if necessary. Click the Import button to import the training to your training courses.
	7. Return to Professional Standards Training Courses Completing the training course import will return you to the Professional Standards Training Courses page. The newly imported training course will now be shown in the table of training courses.
